The market closed first day of week on sluggish note, tracking weakness in global market due to down in commodities. However, the broader markets supported FMCG, metals stocks.

The 30-share Sensex is down 49.15 points or 0.19% at 25819.34, it was touched a high of 25958.04 and touch a low of 25747.01. 

The 50-share nifty index is falls 7.30 points or 0.09% at 7849.25, it was touched a high of 7877.50 and touch a low of 7825.20. 

Nifty Gainers- Gail, Hero motocrop, Zee Ent, Asian paints, Adani ports, Idea Cellular, Bajaj Auto, Dr. Reddy’s, Lupin, Yes bank. 

Nifty Losers- Hindalco Inds, Sesa Goa, Tata steel, ITC, Bank of baroda, HDFC, Sun Pharma, BPCL, ONGC, Hind.unilever, Cipla.
