The Equity market ended continues 2nd consecutive day on Friday, the nifty is closing below at 6700-mark for the fist time in last 5 session after hits news fresh record. The Sensex was fell 149.57 points or 0.66% at 22359.50 and the nifty closed down 41.75 points or 0.62% at 6694.35.
The BSE Midcap gained 0.4 per cent while Small cap indices up 0.8 per cent.
Among DLF 2.18%, Cipla 2.17%, PNB 1.64%, Indusindbk 1.13%, Tata steel 1.08%, ACC 0.89%, BPCL 0.77%, SBIN 0.71%, Coal India 0.71%, Ultra cements 0.54% were top gainers today.
Among BHEL 2.32%, NTPC 2.20%, Power Grid 2.02%, HCL Tech 1.88%, MCDOWELL-N 1.81%, Asian paints 1.60%, Gail 1.59%, Tata motors 1.54%, Cairn 1.50%, Tata power 1.42% were top losers today.
