The nifty closed above 7100 in first time with Sensex highest 24000 levels all time new record on Tuesday. The Sensex closed 320.23 points or 1.36% up at 23871.23, it high touch 24068.94 levels for the first time while the nifty closed up 94.50 points or 1.35% at 7108.75 and all time high of 7172.35. about 1606 shares advanced, 1263shares declined and 145 shares were unchanged. BHEL 10.37%, Hero Motocrop 6.02%, Ambuja Cements 4.89%, Bank of baroda 4.54%, DLF 4.24%, ONGC 3.67%, Tata power 3.55%, Wipro 3.18%, Grasim 3.18%, Reliance 3.15% biggest top gainers today.
PNB 4.77%, Dr. Reddy's 4.39%, Cairn 1.25%, Hindlaco 1.12%, HDFC bank 0.76%, Sun Pharma 0.69%, Tata motors 0.64%, Axis bank 0.27%, M&M 0.26%, NMDC 0.13% were top nifty losers today.
