Closing update- The Stock Market closed down side after a lot of struggle. The Sensex was down 169.65 points or 0.66% at 25436.97, it was touched a high of 25565.44 and touch a low of 25341.14. The 50-share Nifty index ended falls 43.90 points or 0.56% at 7805.90, it was touched a high of 7829.80 and touch a low of 7777.30.
About 1291 shares have advanced, 1313 shares declined and 115 shares are unchanged.
Among BHEL 1.91%, Gail 1.89%, Maruti Suzuki 0.91%, Lupin 0.58%, Coal India 0.56%, RIL 0.38%, HDFC 0.36% top Gainers while ICICI bank 4.08%, Dr.Reddy’s lab 2.66%, Adani ports 1.93%, Bharti Airtel 1.64%, HDFC Bank 1.37%, SBI 1.35%, ITC 1.20%, Tata Steel 1.07%, Wipro 0.98%, Infosys 0.84% were top Losers in the Sensex.
