Sensex slips 274 pts, Nifty ends below 8,350, Stock Option Trading Tips

Equity indices on Friday closed sharply lower after trading under pressure volatility as investors remained cautious ahead of inauguration speech of Donald Trump as US President today and after disappointing Axis Bank's earnings. S&P BSE Sensex settled the day at 27,034, down 274 points, while the broader Nifty50 ended at 8,349, down 85.75 points. 

The BSE Midcap index fell 1.5% while BSE Smallcap index fell 0.1.2%. About 1874 shares declined against 815 advancing shares on the BSE. Asian Paints , Bharti Airtel, , ITC and HDFC Bank were the top gainers while Axis Bank, Adani Ports, Tata Steel, SBI and ICICI Bank were the biggest laggards in the Sensex.

Sensex ends up, nifty down, 27 March nifty future trading calls, stock market tips for today

The stock market closed:- Today market closed a choppy session of trade, the market ends flat note on Friday. The 30-share Sensex fell over 200 points intraday, the index ends was up for the first time in last eight consecutive session.

The 30-share Sensex ends up 1.06 points at 27458.64, it’s Intraday touched a high of 27694.41 and touch a low of 27348.45. The 50-share nifty index closed down 0.75 points or 0.01% at 8341.40, it was touched a high of 8413.15 and touch a low of 8269.15 in trade today.

Nifty top gainers today:- IDFC 4.33%, Hindalco 3.40%, SBIN 2.94%, L&T 2.91%, Indusindbk 2.77%, Infosys 2.59%, ICICI bank 2.22%, Tata motors 2.05%, Yes bank 1.46%, Maruti 1.34%.

Nifty top losers today:- IDEA 5.12%, Bharti Airtel 4.85%, Cairn 3.25%, Wipro 3.18%, HCL Tech 2.37%, Reliance 2.33%, BPCL 1.88%, ACC 1.87%, Tata power 1.84%, Asian paints 1.63%.

11:15 AM, The BSE 30-share Sensex index is down 103.09 points or 0.39% at 26280.98, it hit a high levels of 26550.79 and touch a low of 26212.01.

The NSE 50-share nifty index is fall 40.95 points or 0.52% at 7843.30, it hit a high of 7928 and touch a low of 7825.45 in trade today.

Among Bajaj Auto 2.75%, BHEL 2.47%, Indusindbk 1.57%, Cipla 1.41%, SBIN 1.26%, Bharti Airtel 1.38%, SBIN 1.19%, Axis bank 0.81%, Sun Pharma 0.80%, Reliance 0.66%, Dr. Reddy's 0.44% were nifty gainers today.

Among DLF 25.19%, SSLT 5.22%, Jindal steel 3.43%, NMDC 2.60%, Cairn 2.38%, Tata steel 2.34%, BPCL 1.69%, Tata motors 1.59%, HDFC 1.50%, ICICI bank 1.44% were nifty losers today.
