Rupee- Down fall in Indian Rupee against US Dollar is not stanching, today rupee all time trade with a new high near to closing time rupee hit all life time low of 63.22.
Sensex- The 30-share index ended at 18,307.52, down 290.66 points or 1.56 per cent. It touched a high of 18,587.38 and a low of 18,139.15 in trade today.
Nifty- The Nifty ended at 5,414.75, down 93.10 points or 1.69 per cent. It touched a high of 5,499.65 and a low of 5,360.65 in trade today.
The CNX NSE Midcap Index fell 1.88 per cent and CNX NSE Smallcap Index was down 1.16 per cent.
The S&P BSE Midcap Index fell 1.38 per cent and BSE S&P Smallcap Index was down 0.97 per cent.
Among the sectoral indices, the S&P BSE Bankex plunged 3.86 per cent, the S&P BSE Auto Index was down 3.10 per cent, the S&P BSE Healthcare Index was 2.45 per cent lower and the S&P BSE FMCG Index declined 2.27 per cent.
Today Gainers- Tata Steel, Hindalco, JP Associates, Jindal Steel, Reliance Infra, Asian Paints.
Today Losers- Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, IDFC, Indusind Bank, PNB, Ambuja Cements.
