Sensex, Nifty gain on global rally as trade war worries ease

Closing Updates- Sensex, Nifty spiked for second consecutive day led by banks after the govt reduced its borrowing programme for the first half of the fiscal year 2019, and consequently government bond yields fell 28 bps, their steepest fall in 52 months, with the Ten-year bond yield falling to upto 7.35 percent from 7.62 percent. 

The govt plans to borrow Rs 2.88 lakh crore in the first half of the fiscal 2018-19 that begins in April, and it will borrow Rs 50,000 crore less for the full year 2018-19. 

The BSE Sensex rose 108 points to 33,174.39 and the NSE Nifty 50 index advanced 53 points to 10,184.15. All sector gauges of NSE ended higher led by the Nifty PSU Bank index's 3% gain. The Nifty Midcap 100 index rose 1.3% and the Nifty Smallcap index gained 1.7%.

Sectoral indices ended on a mixed note with IT stocks and automobile stocks leading the gainers, while metal and energy stocks ended the day in red. 

Bank stock rose to a wider extent. On NSE, Nifty PSU Bank index finished in green with stocks of IDBI Bank, Indian Bank, Union Bank of India, PNB, SBI, Bank of India, Oriental Bank of Commerce and Andhra Bank rising 2 to 6 percent. All the sectoral indices of NSE ended in red with Nifty PSU Bank, Nifty Metal and Nifty Bank. 

Gainers & Losers on NSE: Indian Oil Corpn, Indiabulls Housing Finance, Hindustan Petroleum Corpn, Hindalco Industries and State Bank of India were top five Nifty gainers, whereas Losers include Infratel, Bharti Airtel, Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors and HDFC.

Sensex & Nifty ended red sound, bank baroda up 9.60%, Free nifty tips today


The Sensex closed red flag after four on Wednesday. 16th lok sabha election result on May 16th.. 

The market closing update:- The 30 share Sensex index ended 56.11 points or 0.24% down at 23815.12, it touched a high of 23904.23 and low of 23753.36 in trade today. 

The 50-share nifty index ended 1.60 points or 0.02% down at 7107.15, it touched a high of 7142.25 and low of at 7080.90 in trade today. 

The S&P BSE Small cap index was up 1.12 per cent and the BSE Small cap index was 1.24% higher today. 

The BSE indices Capital goods and BSE IT index was down 0.36% and 0.31 per cent. 

Bank of baroda 9.60%, Jindal steel 6.51%, Tata steel 5.95%, DLF 5.45%, NMDC 5.07%, PNB 4.49%, Coal India 3.34%, Bajaj Auto 3.31%, Asian paints 2.87%, SSLT 2.69% among were nifty top gainers today. 

M&M 3.67%, Dr. Reddy's 3.48%, HDFC 1.91%, Reliance 1.74%, HDFC bank 1.71%, BHEL 1.35%, ONGC 1.34%, HCL Tech 1.25%, LT 1.09%, Wipro 1.02% among were top nifty losers today.

nifty ends 6200 ahead F&O expiry, Wipro jumped 3.22%, 26 Feb tomorrow stock future tips, NSE India market

In today's market, day of expiry of the pressure fluctuation occurs and eventually managed to close the market at 0.2 per cent. The good thing is that the Nifty at 6200 levels remains crucial. The Nifty 50 share was closed 13.95 points or 0.23% up at 6200.05, it was touch a high levels of 6216.85 and touch a low of 6176.60. 

Among Wipro jumped 3.22%, Ambuja Cements 2.53%, Bajaj Auto 2.17%, BPCL 2.16%, BHEL 2.01%, Cipla 1.97%, Bank of baroda 1.80%, IDFC 1.54%, Bharti Airtel 1.52% were top nifty gainers today. 

NMDC 2.73%, Sesa Goa 2.42%, Tata steel 2.34%, Coal India 2.32%, Tata power 2.29%, JP Associate 2.27%, Gail 1.97%, Dr. Reddy's 0.95% were top nifty lossers today.

Sensex & nifty ends in green,Tata steel up 6.39%, TCS fall 1.44%, Indian stock market update NSE BSE

The market closing update:- the market ended positive wave with marginally gains. If point of view that nifty could remain rangbound between 5900-6300 in the short term and bottom around 5850-5900 levels. 

The sensex was closed up 65.82 points or 0.32% at 20376.56 and touched a high of 20450.51 and low of 20282.30. 

The Nifty was closed up 26.90 points or 0.45% at 6063.20 and touch a high levels of 6079.95 and touch a low of 6030.90. 

Metals stocks are gained of today Tata steel up 6.39 per cent and Sesa Sterlite up 3.66 per cent respectively. 

Top Sensex gainers:- Tata steel 6.39%, Sesa Goa 3.66%. Sun Pharma 2.80%, Axis bank 2.08%, Bajaj Auto 2.03%, Cipla 1.71%, NTPC 1.68%, Maruti Suzuki 1.57%, SBI 1.50%, Dr. Reddy's 1.30%, Hero Motocrop 1.21%.

Sensex fall 405 Pts, nifty below at 6212.65, BHEL, Tata power, Coal India down, 2 Jan stock market update

The Sensex has fall 405 points for the day high, Amazing down side in the nifty starting year 2014 given gift the stock market. Led by losses in Capital goods, reality and power Sectors. According to dealers, the sharp correction seems to be on the back of basket selling.

At 3:00 PM The Sensex was down 225.37 points or 1.06% at 20917.11, it was touch a high levels of 21331.32 and touch a low levels of 20863.59.

The nifty wad down 71.35 points or 1.13% at 6230.30, it was touch a high levels of 6358.30 and touch a low levels of 6212.65.

The S&P BSE Midcap Index was down 0.88 per cent and the S&P BSE Small cap Index fell 0.66 per cent.

Among the sectoral indices, the S&P BSE Capital Goods Index down 2.33 per cent, the S&P BSE Bankex was down 1.17 per cent, the S&P BSE Realty Index was 1.96 per cent lower and the S&P BSE Power Index declined 1.71 per cent.

Among Sensex losers BHEL, Tata power, L&T, Coal India, Bharti Airtel, Cipla, ITC, NTPC, ICICI bank, ONGC, HDFC bank. While Sensex gainers TCS, Infosys, Maruti Suzuki, Sun Pharma.
