Stocks on rise in Market, Tomorrow best trading stocks

Sensex up
Share benchmarks reported strong gains from losses in the previous session led by stellar gains in IT stocks and Bank Stocks. The BSE Sensex rose 0.93% or 318 points to 34,663 and the NSE Nifty50 index zoomed 0.8% or 83 points to 10,514. Continued buying by domestic institutions in equity market supported investor’s sentiment. 

The Nifty IT index rose 2.31%, its biggest intraday gain in about one month, and has gained 18% thus far this year. Shares of Infosys Ltd zoomed 2.96% and TCS climbed 3.31%. 

Shares of Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) and Oil India Ltd plunged over 4 and 7% respectively, after PTI reported that the govt may levy a windfall tax on oil producers to reduce fuel prices. 

Banking Stocks such as Axis Bank, State bank of India, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank also rose over 2 percent in trade. 

Tata Motors Shares slumped 3.41% on closing after company posted that its Net Profit Declined to 50 percent. 

NSE Gainers and  Losers: Bharti Airtel up 4.34%, TCS up 3.31%, Infosys up 2.90%, Axis bank up 2.92% and Sun Pharma up 2.53%, as top five Nifty Gainers. 

Tata Motors down 6.33%, GAIL India down 5.45%, ONGC down 4.39%, Grasim down 2.52% and Hindustan Petroleum Corp down 1.10% as top five Losers on NSE.

Sensex rises 34592, Nifty at 10,700; Shares of ICICI, Reliance up

India’s stock markets closed the volatile trading session with moderate gains on positive global cues. Continued rise in the shares of heavyweight such as ICICI Bank, Reliance Industries, Maruti Suzuki and HDFC lifted up the markets to conclude at fresh record peaks on Friday with BSE Sensex rising 34,592.39 at the close, up by 88.90 points, while NSE Nifty up by 30.05 points at 10,681.25. 

Shares of ICICI Bank, Reliance Industries, Maruti Suzuki, HDFC, ONGC, Dr Reddy’s have gained at a tune of 2.5 percent, helping the headline indices to minimize the losses. 

Shares of Bharti Airtel, Sun Pharma, Power Grid, ITC, Adani Ports, Yes Bank, TCS, NTPC, and Bajaj Auto lost up to 1.3 percent. 

The stock of IT major Infosys rose 0.94 percent to hit a fresh 52-week high of Rs 1085.9 before finishing up 0.32 percent at Rs 1,079 ahead of its Q3 earnings which are expected for later today.
TCS shares fell over 0.74% on NSE after the company had yesterday posted 3.6% fall in net profit for the December quarter. Shares of Infosys rose up by 0.26% at 1,078.65 ahead of Q3 earnings, to be announced after market hours today.

Sensex closes 106 points lower, Nifty at 10,370, PSU bank stocks fall

Indian shares ended slightly lower on Tuesday, weighed down by RIL and Infosys, with investors focused on Sept-quarter GDP data, due on Thursday. The BSE Sensex is down 105.85 points at 33,618.59, while the NSE Nifty is down 29.30 points at 10,370.25. 

Maruti Suzuki, BHEL, Indiabulls Housing and Zee TV gained the most, while NTPC, Bharti Infratel , Bharti Airtel and Aurobindo Pharma were the laggards. 

Jindal Drilling stock rose over 3 percent after the company has been awarded contract from ONGC. Bharat 22 ETF made a stellar debut on Tuesday on the BSE, as the open-ended ETF got listed at 36.30/unit on BSE. Sectorally, the BSE Telecom fell most followed by consumer durables, teck Resources and IT stocks. 

On the NSE, the Nifty PSU Bank slipped 1 percent whereas basic materials, finance, FMCG, auto and metal were trading in positive terrain. Among 1423 stocks traded on the NSE, 723 stocks advanced, 666 stocks declined, and 33 remained unchanged today.

Sensex and Nifty end in red; Pharma stocks fall

Stock Market dropped today as rising crude oil prices and weakening rupee spoiled investor’s sentiment. The BSE Sensex plunged 360.43 points to close at 33,370.76, while the NSE Nifty 50 ended 101.60 points lower at 10,350.20 on profit booking in banks, O&G, banking & financials, metals and auto stocks.  

Barring IT stocks all other indices ended lower with PSU Bank and Nifty Pharma falling 3.92% and 4.29%, respectively, while Energy, consumer durables and realty indices fell more than 2%. HPCL, Infosys HCL, TCS and Tech 

Mahindra are among the gainers, while SBI, UPL, Lupin, Cipla, and Bharti Airtel are losing steam on NSE. Out of 1975 stocks traded on the NSE, there were 335 advances against 1083 declines, and 36 stocks remained unchanged today.

Sensex closes 80 points down, Nifty below 9,900, Tomorrow stocks trading tips

Closing Update- Shares slipped on Thursday after four consecutive sessions of gains as investors booked profits in oil refiners after the RBI kept rates unchanged. The RBI held its policy rate steady near 7-year lows on Wednesday after inflation rose, but looked to sustain the cooling economy by driving banks into lending more. 

The BSE Sensex was down 79.68 points at 31,592.03, while the NSE Nifty was down 26.20 points at 9,888.70. The market breadth was positive as 1,493 shares rose against a fall of 1,148 shares, while 106 shares were unchanged. 

Coal India, NTPC, Ambuja Cements and Aurobindo Pharma were the top gainers, while ICICI Bank, Tech Mahindra, Hero MotoCorp and Bharti Infratel lost the most.

27-31 March Weekly Stock Market Reports, Monday Nifty prediction tomorrow

The benchmark indices clocked modest gains in the week ended Friday, 31 March 2017 as the sentiment was kept up after the Lok Sabha cleared GST allied four bills taking a biggest reform, on 29 March 2017. The overall broader market sentiment was positive during the week. 

In the week ended Friday, 31 March 2017, the BSE Sensex rose 199.10 or 0.68% to settle at 29,620.50, while the NSE Nifty-50 index rose 65.75 points or 0.72% to settle at 9,173.75. The BSE Mid-Cap index climbed 247.47 points or 1.79% to settle at 14,096.65 whereas the BSE Small-Cap index gained 356.25 points or 2.53% to settle at 14,433.86, outperforming the Sensex. 

The first trading Monday, 27 March 2017 began on a passive note as the key benchmark indices settled with modest losses on negative global stocks, when the Sensex lost 187.96 points or 0.64% to settle at 29,233.44, its lowest closing level since 22 March 2017. 

Key benchmark indices registered modest gains on Tuesday, 28 March 2017, along with other global stocks. The Sensex rose 172.37 points to settle at 29,409.52, as the highest closing level since 24 March 2017. 

On Wednesday, 29 March 2017, the benchmark indices clocked gains accompanied by positive global cues and positive US consumer confidence data. The BSE Sensex, advanced 121.91 points to settle at 29,531.43. 

On Thursday, 30 March 2017, the benchmark indices posted modest gains after the Lok Sabha nodded four legislations to give shape to the GST bill, when the Sensex rose 115.99 points to settle at 29,647.42, as a highest closing level since 17 March 2017. The day witnessed volatility because of Future & Option derivatives contract expired on the day. 

Friday, 31 March 2017 was also a day of volatility when the BSE Sensex settled lower by falling 26.92 points to settle at 29,620.50, its lowest closing level since 29 March 2017.

Nifty ends at 8102, Sensex at 156 points lower, as RBI keeps key rates unchanged

Market on Wednesday has ended in red after the RBI unanimously decided to keep the policy rate unchanged at 6.25 percent, which was much against the expectations of analysts. however, the slow pace of recovery in the economy also weighed on market sentiment. 

The Sensex was down 155.89 points or 5.9 percent at 26,236.87, and the Nifty down 41.10 points or 0.5 percent at 8,102.05. 

About 1,106 shares advanced, 1,501 shares declined, and 176 shares were unchanged. 

Bank Nifty pared all its intraday gains to end over 1 percent lower led by losses in BoB, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and Bank of India. 

Sun Pharma, Lupin and TCS were losers in the Sensex while Adani Ports, HDFC, Tata Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra were gainers.

Sensex fall 405 Pts, nifty below at 6212.65, BHEL, Tata power, Coal India down, 2 Jan stock market update

The Sensex has fall 405 points for the day high, Amazing down side in the nifty starting year 2014 given gift the stock market. Led by losses in Capital goods, reality and power Sectors. According to dealers, the sharp correction seems to be on the back of basket selling.

At 3:00 PM The Sensex was down 225.37 points or 1.06% at 20917.11, it was touch a high levels of 21331.32 and touch a low levels of 20863.59.

The nifty wad down 71.35 points or 1.13% at 6230.30, it was touch a high levels of 6358.30 and touch a low levels of 6212.65.

The S&P BSE Midcap Index was down 0.88 per cent and the S&P BSE Small cap Index fell 0.66 per cent.

Among the sectoral indices, the S&P BSE Capital Goods Index down 2.33 per cent, the S&P BSE Bankex was down 1.17 per cent, the S&P BSE Realty Index was 1.96 per cent lower and the S&P BSE Power Index declined 1.71 per cent.

Among Sensex losers BHEL, Tata power, L&T, Coal India, Bharti Airtel, Cipla, ITC, NTPC, ICICI bank, ONGC, HDFC bank. While Sensex gainers TCS, Infosys, Maruti Suzuki, Sun Pharma.
