Nifty Ends above 8750 ahead of Fed meet, Railway budget merging the General budget

The market has closed flat note ahead Fed meeting. The Sensex ends down 15.78 points or 0.06 percent at 28507.442 and the Nifty index up 1.25 points or 0.01% at 8777.15. About 1400 shares have advanced, 1323 shares declined and 194 shares are unchanged. 

The Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved scrapping a separate Railway Budget and merging it with the General Budget. 

Nifty Top Gainers- InfraTel, Eichermot, Hindalco, Hindustan Unilever, Yes bank, Tata steel, Axis bank, IDEA, Infosys, Bharti Airtel. 

Nifty Top Losers- Bank of baroda, power Grid, Ambuja Cements, SBIN, ITC, BHEL, ONGC, Ultra Cements, ICICI bank, Kotak bank.
